1) which areas covered under UFB?

Please check UFB coverage  from http://www.chorus.co.nz/maps but this may not be accurate.so,please send your exact address to support@acceleror.co.nz and one of our representative will get back to you.

2) How long does it take to transfer phone line and broadband?

It takes around 7-10 working days to transfer your number  and for ADSL,VDSL broadband and may take bit more longer for UFB depending on your location

3) what are support Team hours?

Our support team  will open from 9am to 6pm monday to friday

4) What type of support i am gonna get?

Each business will get designated account manager who takes full care about you and you no longer need to waste time in waiting for call center Q. you can even open support ticket and will be replied in 2 hours max in business hours

5) Do you provide IT support for Business?

sorry Acceleror does not provide any IT support for your Business  you can get your internal network issues by your In house IT expert or from TechGenius www.techgenius.co.nz

6) What will be SMTP Details of Acceleror?
